How to use it

1. Open the public Instagram post, reel, or profile and copy its link from the share menu.
2. Paste the link into the box above and select Download.
3. Choose the available MP4 video, reel, or photo and save each item you need to your device.

Tips and fixes

Use a public post, reel, or profile link

Copy the direct link from the share menu of the reel, video, photo, or profile you want. A search page or a screenshot does not identify the media for this tool. Private accounts are not supported, and pasting a link again cannot bypass an account's privacy. Check that the content still opens publicly before trying again. Only download your own content or media you have the owner's permission to save.

Reels and videos save as MP4

Instagram serves reels and feed videos as MP4, so that is the file you save. This tool does not convert the file to another format, add a soundtrack to a silent clip, or recover quality the original upload did not contain. Choose from the resolutions shown in the results. A larger size does not add detail that was never in the source.

Photos and carousels download separately

A carousel post can hold several photos and videos. Review the results and save each item with its own download button; there is no single combined archive. Photos are saved as image files and videos as MP4. Check your downloads list to see which items you already saved before repeating a download.

A profile link shows the latest posts

Paste a public profile link to see a grid of its most recent posts, then tap one to get its download links. This shows only the latest few posts, not the entire account history, and it works only while the profile is public. Private profiles, stories, and highlights are not available. Find saved files in your browser's downloads list or your device's Downloads folder.
